Do I need training to operate your Clamping* Machine?

NO! AluCrimp's crimper machine for windows is easy-to-use and DOES NOT REQUIRE SPECIALIZED TRAINING.

However you need to get trained on the whole process of making aluminium windows from:

  1. Measuring the window size
  2. Cutting the aluminum profiles
  3. Insertion of window corner cleats and sealant
  4. Crimping or joining the corners
  5. Styling with partitions using Aluminium Rivets
  6. Drilling drainage and window hardware holes
  7. Installation of window hardware
  8. Installation of the window on the building.

I want Casement 44, do you have it?

The common size for Aluminum Windows used in residential, church, school buildings and more are 28mm or 30.5mm hence we sell our machine standard with this dual casement.

For casement 40, 42, and 44 we will custom make your machine however please note that we would need the Aluminium profile for that particular casement to enable us to custom make your window frames business primary asset.

If for example you want casement 44, what this basically means is that you will get a machine standard (28-30.5mm) and an additional 44mm casement to built into the standard machine.

THE TOTAL COST WILL BE = Standard Machine price + Additional Casement 44mm.
